David Nirenberg delivered the 2nd Leo Baeck Institute Annual Lecture, hosted by the Leo Baeck Institute London in cooperation with Queen Mary University of London, School of History. Nirenberg’s lecture, “Anti-Judaism as a System of Thought,” shared insights from his book, Anti-Judaism: The Western Tradition, which examines how anti-Jewish sentiment has been a powerful conceptual tool for many people throughout history to make sense of a complex world.
The Leo Baeck Institute London is devoted to the study of German-Jewish history and culture, seeking to address some of the most topical and timely questions of our times.
